A Partner of PrimRose Home Help has over 20 years experience in nursing and home care... from working in Hospitals to working for nursing agency's. Two reasons to why PrimRose was born.

 

1. After running care contracts and the knowledge of flaws in the industry.
2. After she cared for her own Grandmother and faced the challenges involved

 

The aim has always been to do the best job possible to ensure our clients and their family's are outstandingly happy. This is achieved by employing staff who are specially chosen for their love of the job they do, empathy, reliability, warm hearted, experienced, understanding and the ability to deliver highly professional home help service.

 

When employing our Home Help Staff, we invite them to complete a Profile Application Form that is on this website to see if they fit our requirements they then will have a telephone interview and an application is sent and processed, it is at this point that we will then ask for extensive references, in which these are followed up, if we are satisfied the applicant will be invited to a face to face interview. When applicants are successful, they are given extensive training before they are placed to a client.

 

At PrimRose the clients are introduced to their selected helper before our services begins. This is to ensure the clients feel at ease with their helper. Regular visits are made to the client to ensure the helpers are providing the agreed service.

We also provide a log book, this is filled out by clients and our helpers on every visit and is monitored regularly. This is always available for family members to read, extra piece of mind their loved one are in safe hands.

 

Our clients and staff are very important to us and we pride ourselves on providing a very happy work place for our employees. We offer very good rates of pay, regular training and extra qualifications and flexible working hours.

PrimRose Home Help is a privately owned company based in Weston Super Mare that specialises in providing support at home and cleaning services, appointments, laundry, ironing, pet care and other support services.

 

If you are a busy family, or in retirement and want to remain independent in your own home or just need assistance, we can help.

We offer Help at Home to clients in the towns of Weston Super Mare, Clevedon, Cheddar, Burnham-on-Sea and the surrounding towns & villages.

 

Through a dedicated and experienced team we will work closely with you to ensure that we provide a tailor-made service to help you with the jobs you don’t have time for, struggle to keep up with, or would enjoy more time for you if help was on hand.
